The emergence of e-commerce has changed the traditional way of shopping and greatly improved the daily shopping experience.E-commerce rapidly attracts off-line traffic by virtue of large preferential prices and breaking time and space constraints,which has brought huge impact to traditional retail industry.In order to promote the common development of e-commerce and industry,combining with the innovation of modern science and technology in the development mode and product form,scenario-based digital retailing has become a subject.By exploring the theory and practical application of digital retailing,we can see that the essence of digital retailing is to focus on user experience,break all the boundaries of the past and constantly improve the shopping experience with the integration of multiple ideas and technologies of the Internet.Starting from the scenario,this study explores the application mode,product process and interactive experience of augmented reality technology,and elaborates the originality of App design from the aspects of online and offline integration,commodity display,digital retail social interaction and so on.Scenario-based digital retail App is divided into three main scenarios: entrance,commodity display and retail social interaction.Entry scenarios include: AR search scenarios,users can view AR advertising animation through AR scanning to obtain commodity information;AR indoor navigation scenarios,help users quickly find the target store in the mall.Commodity display scenarios include: AR ranging scenarios,online measurement of real spatial data and product recommendation based on the results;store linkage scenarios,increase offline self-extracting function,design offline AR treasure hunting activities to promote online and offline integration.Digital retail social scenarios include: evaluation scenarios,support AR shooting function to enrich the form of buyer show;virtual social scenarios,users operate virtual cabins online and exchange visits with friends,enrich the social experience of e-commerce.In summary,based on the research of scenario-based digital retail App design based on augmented reality,this paper attempts to integrate augmented reality technology and mobile interaction design theory from the perspective of scenario to comprehensively enhance the shopping experience and explore a more diversified digital retail model.
