In the current era of rapid development of the Internet and information technology,software development,as the main underlying support technology,is applied in various industries,and cost management of this new industry has also become the most concerned direction.Company B mainly develops control software based on Internet of Things technology.While the quality and stability of the research and development products are not affected,it also needs to continuously optimize and reduce the cost of enterprise development projects.In this current situation,the study of cost management in the software development stage is also of great significance for relevant enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.This article takes the M software development stage of Company B as the main research object,and conducts in-depth research on the cost management of the project during the development stage.Firstly,this article briefly describes the significance and background of the topic selection,summarizes and summarizes the current research status,research objectives,research content,methods,and framework related to cost management at home and abroad;Secondly,in response to the current problems in M project cost management,an analysis is conducted from several stages,including resource planning,cost estimation,cost budgeting,cost control,and guarantee measures;Once again,optimize the entire process of cost management in the development phase of Company B’s project.In the resource planning phase,the WBS method is mainly used for project sub module decomposition and resource allocation.In the cost estimation phase,the COCOMOII model is used to complete parameterized estimation.The cost budgeting process is optimized to a bottom-up structure.In the cost control phase,an optimization control method for real-time monitoring of cost deviation is proposed;Once again,the implementation effect of optimized cost management for M project during the development phase was analyzed,and the effectiveness of optimization measures was verified and compared with multiple projects of the same type in Company B;Finally,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the optimized cost management process for subsequent projects of Company B,a series of guarantee measures and suggestions were proposed in four aspects: organization,personnel,technology,and finance,providing effective guarantees for the execution of other projects of Company B.By conducting research on cost management during the development phase of the M project and analyzing the existing problems in the cost management process during the M project development phase,an optimization plan including resource planning,cost estimation,cost budgeting,and cost control throughout the entire process was proposed,and a more accurate cost estimation model was constructed.In addition,some optimization suggestions have been proposed for the existing security measures taken by Company B during the execution of M project,providing a new management approach for similar software development projects of Company B.This greatly reduces costs while ensuring quality,and also reduces the burden on the enterprise. |
