Study And Implement Of The Related Technologies In Software Cost Management

Effective software project management can enhance software product quality and production efficiency, is helpful for improving development ability and development level of the software enterprise overall. Cost management is the one of major content of software project management. This master dissertation is the one of subprograms of software project management platform of design and realization of Dalian city Science and Technology Bureau; it studies mainly software project cost management.Cost estimation and cost control are the major steps of cost management. Accurate cost estimation and effective cost control can accumulate financial power and strengthen competition ability of software enterprise. On the foundation of software project development characteristic and software project management analysis, combination with the thought of software process management, adopting the advanced concept of personal software process management, we give out the software project cost management pattern based on software process management. This master dissertation analyzes software project cost estimation method, and gives improvement idea. With the comparison of planned cost and actual cost, we carry out cost dynamic control. We give the design frame and prototype system realization of the software project cost management system based on web environment finally.To improve present situation that project management software can not satisfy needs of cost management, implement software project cost management and software process management together, which can carry out effective cost management, at the same time enhance the software process ability of enterprise, and strengthen the competition ability of software enterprise.The problems of the next researching to be discussed simply finally.
