| In recent years,with the rapid development of new technologies such as mobile Internet and artificial intelligence,the proportion of software in the information industry is increasing.More and more software development enterprises are entering the market,and the software industry is showing a new trend of vigorous development.The intensification of market competition makes every software enterprise face unprecedented pressure.In order to survive and develop,project management level has become one of the core competitiveness of software enterprises.However,in the current software industry in China,most software companies have not established a software cost management process,and have not used scientific management processes and methods to guide practice.Therefore,for the society and enterprises,how to improve the cost management level of software development has certain research significance.Based on the theory of software project cost management,this paper takes a software development project as an example,and based on the actual situation of the project,first of all,using WBS work breakdown method and FPA function point analysis method to formulate a reasonable resource plan.Secondly,it evaluates the scale of implementation from two aspects:function point evaluation method and code line evaluation method,and refers to and demonstrates each other,which reduces the cost estimation error of the project and forms the cost estimation.Then,the project life cycle is planned and controlled by Gantt chart and WBS work breakdown structure.The cost budget of each stage is estimated according to the number of staffing in each stage of the life cycle and the corresponding staffing time and staffing price standard,and the cost budget of the whole life cycle is calculated.Finally,effective measures are taken to ensure demand change control and schedule control.Earned Value Analysis is used to track the cost,and real-time monitor the progress of each stage of the project.The cost control of the whole project is completed.Cost management is the core management means for every software enterprise to accumulate financial resources and enhance its competitiveness.By formulating a reasonable resource plan,choosing scientific cost estimation and cost control methods,this paper takes the cost management measures of whole process monitoring for a software project,andachieves good research results.A set of objectively applicable software cost management system is constructed.To a certain extent,it solves the cost management problem of a software company's software project and is developed for software development.Cost management provides a systematic,quantitative,referential and practical method system,which has a certain reference significance for other software enterprises. |
