Research On The Evaluation Of The Development And Utilization Of Urban Construction Archive

With the country’s increasing emphasis on various archives,the evaluation of the development and utilization capabilities of urban construction archives has gradually become the focus of research.In this paper,gray statistical method and analytic hierarchy process are used to construct the urban construction archives development and utilization ability evaluation index system from the two dimensions of urban construction archives development and utilization.Select the urban construction archives of three cities(a city,b city,c city)in the eastern coastal area,central inland area and southwestern underdeveloped area as samples for empirical evaluation.The research results show that contrary to expectations,city c in the underdeveloped area in the southwestern region performs best in the development and utilization of urban construction archives,followed by city b in the central inland area and city a in the eastern coastal area.The differences among the three are not significant,indicating that the development and utilization levels of urban construction archives in the sample cities are similar,showing a stable and good development momentum.However,there is still room for improvement in the development of high-quality archives and network publicity.Therefore,this study puts forward the following four suggestions: first,attach importance to the construction of urban construction archives management platform;second,enrich the development achievements of high-quality urban construction archives;third,improve the quality of urban construction archives dissemination;fourth,create high-quality urban construction archives information services.The evaluation index system constructed in this study has significant feasibility and reference value in accurately evaluating the development and utilization capabilities of urban construction archives,and is helpful to effectively improve the actual work effect of urban construction archives.This is not only in line with the current theoretical research trend,but also provides a useful reference for the development of archives public service to a higher level.
