Evaluation Of Public Service Ability Of Urban Construction Archives

In the context of strengthening the supply of various public services in the country,through empirical research,it is found that the problems and shortcomings of the current urban construction archives in the process of carrying out services.Assessing the status of public service capabilities of urban construction archives to promote the development of public service level of urban construction archives is consistent with the current trend of theoretical research and is also an embodiment of effectively serving actual work.This paper uses the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system of the public service capacity of the urban construction archives from the three dimensions of service cognition ability,service supply ability and service support ability,and builds the archives of 9 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province.The reptile technology was used to capture the website of the Urban Construction Archives,the WeChat public account and the online news report,and the network display degree of the urban construction archives was statistically analyzed.The research results show:First,the overall level of public service capacity of urban construction archives in various cities in Zhejiang Province is low.The total score is 4.830,the average score is 2.768,which is 0.64 points lower than the pass score of 3.408,and the pass rate is only 22.2%.Second,there is a big difference in public service capabilities between urban construction archives,and the two-level differentiation is serious.Third,the average scores of the three types of indicators are at a low level,and the average score of the service cognitive indicators is the lowest.Forth,there are five urban construction archives that have opened the website of the museum and the WeChat public account.There are zombie accounts,and the number of relevant news reports is small,indicating that the publicity awareness of the urban construction archives is weak.Based on the above questions,this paper proposes four suggestions.First,strengthen the focus on user needs and improve service awareness.Second,strengthen the construction of the collection resources of the urban construction archives and improve the service supply capacity.Third,strengthen the application of modern technology and equipment,enrich service methods,improve management level,and improve service support capabilities.Fourth,strengthen the construction of new media platforms such as the website and WeChat public account,raise awareness of publicity,and enhance the social influence of urban construction archives.
