Research On Tangshan City Urban Construction Archives Information Management System

With the rapid development of social economy and city construction,urban construction archives management in our country has begun to explore to build the urban construction archives information management system.The goal of the system is to provide more convenient,more efficient and higher quality services to the development,planning and construction of cities.The design of the system in Tangshan City is to apply modern information technology to satisfy the following requirements.The system needs to be able to realize the informationization of archives management,digital storage and networked accesses.Also,it is expected to support the remote access of digital resources of urban construction archives,data exchange and interoperability.Finally,through the establishment of information service platform of city construction,it is required to provide support,security and service for planning,construction and management of Tangshan City.Based on the characteristics and requirements of Tangshan City urban construction archives work,this paper proposes eleven functional requirements,such as file collection,input,query and so on.At the same time,the non-functional requirements of the system are discussed,which lays the foundation for the design of the system.This paper analyzes the data flow of the urban construction archives information management system in Tangshan City and concludes that the system is composed of three layers.The specific contents of the functional modules are designed and clarified,which makes the business logic and functional modules correspond to each other.Through the application of information management system of Tangshan City urban construction archives,the accepted print,audio-visual and electronic archives can be scientifically managed.As a result,the quality of archive management can be improved from all aspects.Also,the city planning,construction and management can be better supported and served.
