Construction And Empirical Study Of Archive Exhibition Evaluation Index System

As a public cultural institution,archives have rich archives information resources,fully tap the value of archives resources,and meet the needs of all sectors of society.Archives exhibition,with its unique advantages,plays an important role in the development and utilization of resources and the dissemination of archives culture,and is increasingly valued by public archives at all levels.The evaluation of archives exhibition is conducive to understanding the shortcomings and strengths of the exhibition,so as to improve and innovate pertinently and improve the level of archives exhibition.Based on the understanding of the relevant policies,norms and academic achievements,combined with the actual situation of archives exhibition,drawing on the practical experience of similar fields,this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of archives exhibition based on the function of archives exhibition.In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation index system,the expert consultation method is used to optimize the evaluation index system.Then,using AHP to determine the weight of each index.Finally,Tianjin memory exhibition,Zhengzhou memory exhibition and Ningbo memory in archives are selected as the evaluation objects to conduct empirical research on the evaluation index system.According to the evaluation results,some suggestions are put forward.There are six chapters in this paper: the first chapter is the introduction,including the research background and significance of the topic,the definition of related concepts,the research review at home and abroad,research methods,research contents and logical relations,difficulties and innovations,etc.;the second chapter is the basis and principles for the construction of the evaluation index system of archival exhibition;the third chapter is the content of the evaluation index system of archival exhibition,mainly introducing the evaluation process,selection basis of evaluation index,determination of evaluation index weight and formulation of scoring rules;Chapter four is an empirical study on the evaluation index system of archives exhibition,selecting three exhibitions for evaluation,and analyzing the evaluation results;Chapter five is the optimization strategy of archives exhibition,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions according to the evaluation results;Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect,and obtains archives exhibition This paper reviews the theoretical and empirical research conclusions of the evaluation index system,finds out the shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to further research.
