Research On The Development And Utilization Of Township Archives Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,remarkable changes have taken place in rural areas.The industrial projects have developed rapidly.The rural economy has increased significantly.The construction of villages has been promoted drastically,which is been beautiful and pleasant to live.Therefore,people’s living standards continue to improve in recent years.The township archives are necessary documents of work and development,which record the developing progress of towns.It is the powerful foundation of the rural development in the future.With the advancement of rural revitalization strategy and consciousness in files,the demand of township archives increase more.The exploitation and utilization of township archives,expand the utilization approach and the value,which promote to serve the masses and rural revitalization better.In the process of rural vitalization implementation,through the research of the domestic and foreign town archives development and utilization present situation,I found that our country still has some shortcomings and weaknesses in the development and utilization of township archives.In this paper,which is basic of the research of N county in Heilongjiang Province,I state some several aspects from different views.Firstly,this paper states the township archives in town and the strategy of rejuvenating rural related knowledge and analyze the strategy of rejuvenating rural and township archives utilization.Then,the present situation of township archives development and utilization in the N county of Heilongjiang Province is investigated to fully grasp the existing basis of documents development and utilization and the problems affecting documents development and utilization.Finally,it states the comprehensive research achievement,in the country revitalization of the background,the achievements from the villages and towns development and utilization of the subject,object,system of three aspects put forward to the optimization path and promote rural new breakthrough in the development and utilization of archives.
