Resesrch On Nanning Rural Archives Work Ftom The Perspective Of Cultural Revitalization

Through the analysis of cultural revitalization in the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the investigation and Research on the current situation of rural archives in Nanning,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the rural archives work in Nanning,and puts forward the development countermeasures of rural archives work in Nanning from the perspective of cultural revitalization.Firstly,this paper discusses the relationship between rural archives work and cultural revitalization,and expounds the concept of rural archives and rural archives work,and the relationship between cultural revitalization and rural archives work.Secondly,according to the survey results,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural archives work in Nanning from the perspective of cultural revitalization.From the achievements made at this stage,the political consciousness of rural archives departments is effectively improved,the depth of rural archives development and utilization is continuously strengthened,and the safe storage conditions of rural archives are continuously optimized.However,there are still problems to be solved,such as the rural archives system and mechanism needs to be improved,the rural archives management process needs to be improved,and the quality of rural archives personnel needs to be improved And so on.Thirdly,it analyzes the reasons for the problems of rural archives work in Nanning,such as the supervision of rural archives work is not in place,the links of rural archives management are not standardized,and the quality of rural archivists can not be guaranteed.Finally,according to the analysis of the problems in Nanning rural archives work,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures from three aspects:establishing and perfecting the rural archives mechanism,strengthening the development and utilization of rural archives and strengthening the training of rural archives talents ? Strive to gradually improve the rural archives work system,give effective play to the role of archives in cultural revitalization,and promote the high-quality and healthy development of rural archives work.
