Research On The Construction Mode And Optimization Strategy Of Rural Archives Under The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Revitalization

The strategy of rural revitalization is the call and realization of rural China in the new era on the basis of solving the "three rural" issues.It is not only a major policy that raises the rural development to the height of the country,but also represents the strategic background of comprehensively rejuvenating the countryside in the new era.In the context of rural revitalization,what new forces the archives industry should contribute to and what new developments to achieve have become a new topic for both archive researchers and archivists.Rural archives have a history of more than 30 years in our country.They play an important role in prospering rural culture,helping grassroots governance,and promoting economic development.It is a feasible way to be a direction for the development of grassroots archives work in the new era.However,due to the complex factors of rural society and grassroots autonomy,the development is slow and has not attracted widespread attention.Reflected in the theoretical research level,the rural archives lack relevant theoretical support and macroscopic research.At the practical level,there are still many problems in the construction of rural archives.Therefore,the author sorts out the construction mode of the rural archives in China on the basis of case analysis through field research,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies for existing problems,so as to provide references for my country's rural archives work in the new era.The full text is mainly divided into five chapters:The first chapter describes the research background and significance of this article,summarizes the current research status of this topic in combination with relevant domestic and foreign documents and monographs,and finally points out the research ideas,research methods,innovations and difficulties of this article.The second chapter analyzes the related concepts of rural revitalization and rural archives.First,explain the meaning and connotation of rural revitalization,and then propose the definition and meaning of rural archives based on the concepts of township archives and village-level archives,and finally introduce the intermediate concept of rural archives work to discuss the relationship between rural revitalization and rural archivesThe third chapter is the main part of this article.The author,based on the field research experience,briefly describes the construction of rural archives in China from two levels of time dimension and regional distribution.At the same time,according to the different development ideas of promoting rural revitalization,the construction mode of rural archives Divided into two categories,"incorporating into towns" and"special protection".The former includes the "participatory" integrated township archives system and the "embedded" community archives for relocation and relocation.The latter is divided into four construction modes:"resource core","economic core","policy core",and "personal core" according to the main elements that support the construction of rural archives.Finally,it summarizes the problems existing in different rural archives construction modes,leading to the fourth chapter of optimization strategies.In the forth chapter,the author discusses the optimization strategy of rural archives from four aspects:resource construction model,business management system,comprehensive service function,and long-term development mechanism.The fifth chapter summarizes the content of the full text,and points out the deficiencies of the research and the areas that need to be studied in depth in the future.
