Our country has a vast territory with diverse meteorology,hydrology and geology,which may lead to unpredictable disasters that threaten people’s lives and properties.Therefore,our country is gradually establishing an emergency broadcasting system that covers all the territory continuously.Television(TV)Broadcasting plays an important role in this system due to its wide coverage and low cost.An emergency broadcast messages receiving and posting platform can serve the broadcasters of TV stations,assisting them to broadcast emergency messages timely and accurately.This system will effectively supplement the emergency broadcasting system in the charge of the TV broadcasting industry.Based on the project commissioned by the Central People’s Broadcasting Station(now merged into the China Media Group),this thesis develops an emergency broadcast messages receiving and posting platform.The system is placed in the studio and receives emergency broadcast messages through WiFi.The messages is classified and displayed according to different importance levels,and an interface is provided for outputting the messages to the common broadcasting equipment in the broadcast room.The system has an message management function,which can realize addition,deletion,modification and checking of emergency messages.The main work of this paper includes the following three points.(1)According to the project requirements,the system scheme is improved.Since there is no such system off the shelf,this thesis proposes the idea of an all-in-one machine,that is,the Mini PC,TV and various output interfaces are coupled.Adopting this system scheme not only controls the development cost,but also improves the maintainability.During this process,the system architecture and classes are designed in detail.(2)An emergency broadcast messages receiving and posting platform is developed according to the above design scheme.First,this paper implements the receiving function and display management function within different process to ensure the reliability of message receiving.Second,Multi-thread and asynchronous reading mechanisms are adopted to accelerate the system response as well as stabilize the system.(3)A test tool was developed for independent testing.In order not to rely on the third party for testing and reduce the test cost,a software is developed to simulate the emergency messages broadcasting system.With this software,the developed system is tested for functionality,robustness and efficiency.
