Risk management research is applied to software development projects,forming a theoretical and practical system for software development project risk management research.The key point is to pay attention to the various factors that may exist in the whole life cycle of the software development project that may adversely affect the project objectives.T Company is a leading education group in China.Its business includes training in foreign languages,general primary and secondary education,pre-school education,online education,overseas consulting,book publishing and other fields.In order to cope with market competition and demand,in recent years,online education based on the Internet education platform has become one of the core sections of the company’s strategy.The Internet education platform software development project is a project with relatively high risk and extremely high technical requirements.The application of risk management to it can make T Company obtain considerable benefits.Reducing costs,improving efficiency,reducing losses and enhancing competition are the only way for T company to make profits.The application of risk management theory in the practice of Internet education platform software development projects is the main goal of this paper.Based on a variety of theoretical studies,this paper summarizes the basic definitions of risk and its management and examines the methods and processes common in project management and provides a solid theoretical basis for the research work of this thesis.The research case selects the software development project of Company T’s Internet education platform,analyzes the project risk identification technology and corresponding measures,and summarizes the problems and shortcomings in the project risk management work.At the same time,the project risk evaluation index system was constructed,to complete the index selection work,the expert opinion method as well as the summary and introduction method as well as the RAC method were used to clarify the risk assessment index.In the meantime,based on the research results,it identifies the main risks currently present in the project and the key points that need to be strengthened in the follow-up supervision and control of risk management.In addition,this paper eventually formed the corresponding risk management scheme.All in all,the research work of this paper has significantly improved the risk management of T company’s software development projects,ensuring that the company can successfully complete various project goals.It can provide a practical reference of further applications for project risk management with effective theoretical support and similar projects.
