Small and medium-sized companies in science and technology are the focus of economic construction.In China’s national economy,they are not only responsible for solving the social employment problem,but also an important driving force of national science and technology innovation.However,the development of China’s small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises is facing some prominent challenges,such as weak institutional environment and financial strength,and difficult to attract and retain talents.Talent is an important support for the development of science and technology innovative enterprises.The absorption and retention of science and technology innovative talents and the stability of talent team are an important basis for the competitiveness,and also an important prerequisite for the stable and sustainable development of science and technology enterprises.TF company is a small and medium-sized enterprise focusing on chip design business.It faces business competition with other large chip design companies externally,but the loss of existing personnel becomes more and more prominent internally.For TF to maintain its core competitiveness and maintain its steady growth,it needs to address the loss of existing employees first.Based on TF company,based on the review of domestic and foreign literature,starting from the current situation of TF company,this paper identifies the important influencing factors of staff loss through interview,statistical analysis and other methods,and puts forward specific measures to improve the current situation of staff loss.It includes the following contents: firstly,through the domestic and foreign literature,clarifying the basic concepts and characteristics of technological SMEs and laying the foundation of the subsequent research;secondly,through the analysis of TF,combining the interview and questionnaire,the corresponding countermeasures to reduce the tendency.This paper studies the problem of employee loss of small and medium-sized technology enterprises,which provides a theoretical basis for solving the problem of personnel loss of TF companies,and also provides a useful reference for similar technology enterprises to improve their personnel management.
