In recent years,China's economy and society have developed rapidly,people's demand for cultural products has increased,and the number of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in the media has increased dramatically.The media SMEs are mainly knowledge-based employees,and the establishment of a complete human resources management system is a key link for the media SMEs to achieve rapid development.The addition of new employees to inject fresh vitality and innovative thinking into media-based SMEs is an important force to promote sustainable development of enterprises.This article takes Ruisi Media as the research object.Based on the analysis of the development trend of SMEs and media SMEs in China and the existing human resources issues,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method and interview method,and the new employee management system exists.The problem was analyzed,the new employee recruitment strategy was optimized,the new employee competency model was built in combination with the characteristics of the media enterprises,the institutionalized humanistic care system was established,the career development incentive plan was designed,and a series of optimization measures were proposed.The new employee management system implements a supporting guarantee mechanism to ensure the smooth implementation of the new employee management system optimization work of Ruisi Media.Strive to provide reference and reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises in human resources management.
