With China’s rapid economic development, the data center of commercial bankdeveloped from the original independent model to centralized model. Data centerencountered a series of problems such as multi-system operation and maintenance dataacquisition, information management and data mining with the growing size of data center.Meanwhile, operation and maintenance staff of data center faced problems such asintensity of the work and higher probability of error. How to incorporate the operation andmaintenance information management of data center into a unified platform which canreduce the workload of the operation and maintenance staff, reduce the probability oferrors and dig out valuable information from massive operation and maintenance data.Development and design operation and maintenance information management system fordata center is undoubtedly the best solutionBased on the operation and maintenance information management situation ofproduction system, disaster recovery system, test system of CCB data center, the thesisintroduced related theory and technology used in the design of operation and maintenanceinformation management system for bank data center, including the technicalspecifications of J2EE (Java2Enterprise Edition), JSP (Java Server Pages), Jfreechartgraphical display program and data mining technology. The thesis analyzes the feasibility,application scope and functional requirements of the bank data center operation andmaintenance information management system. And research, including the handover log, system monitoring alarm management, inspection records management, batch operationand maintenance information and trading volume statistics management. It designedsystem architecture and module logic. Thesis focused on the batch operation andmaintenance information management module based of JSP and data mining technology,and realization of the operation and maintenance graphical display module based ofJfreechart technology. Finally it designed and implemented a bank data center operationand maintenance information management system for CCB. It also analyzed theapplication effect after system putting into practical use.The significance of this study is to make the ECC (Enterprise Control Center) roomto achieve a paperless office, to reduce the workload of the front-line operation andmaintenance staff, to build a unified database for the backstage technical analysis withconvenient data acquisition. The platform connected departments of data center, reduce thecost of communication between various departments, and to improve the efficiency ofsingle department or multiple department.
