In today's Internet era,information technology has become a crucial factor to promote the development of enterprise and society.Data center as an important carrier of information technology,its development and innovation speed is also accelerating.Facing the competition and challenges brought by the rapid development,how to build the integrated operation and maintenance architecture of data center and realize the integration of superior resources with the guidance of business and the support of technology is becoming the development direction of the industry.In this process,knowledge has increasingly become a key factor for organizations to gain competitive advantage.How to manage the knowledge resources in the organizattion,construct a perfect knowledge chain,balance the knowledge supply in the organization accelerate the knowledge creation in the organization,and make the knowledge into the kinetic enerrgy of the organization development,has become an important topic.This paper takes the knowledge management optimization of the operation and maintenance department of bureau Z's data center as the research object Firstly,it analyzes the main problems of knowledge collection,sharing,integration,utilization and governance in the organization,deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,and uses social network analysis to measure the consulting relationship in the organization.Secondly,this paper takes the knowledge utilization rate and the influence of knowledge deficiency as the judging basis and constructs the knowledge grading system.Finally,based on knowledge management theory and SECI model,and guided by knowledge classification,this paper designs a complete optimization scheme including promoting knowledge transfer and transformation,balancing wledge supply,embedding knowledge management into,business,establishing knowledge management platform,and building governance system,and introduces the implementation of the scheme,Through the implementation of the optimization scheme,this paper hopes to improve the business response speed of the operational maintenance department,promote more collaboration between departments and obtain more project or system participation,so as to ensure the high availability of the information system,realize the integrated operation and maintenance strategy and promote the sustainable development of the organization.
