Study On The Transformation Of Software Project Development Mode In P Company

As one of the core industries in the financial field,insurance industry is in an increasingly complex and changeable market environment.The homogenization of products,the integration and optimization of enterprise value chain,and the management of multi-business channels have brought unprecedented challenges and pressures to the insurance industry.In order to make products respond to the market faster,each enterprise is investing more and more in software,and agile development mode can effectively solve the above problems,it has the advantages of rapid iteration,rapid response to the market,and gradually applied in the software project development enterprises.Although agile development mode has relatively perfect practical experience in foreign countries,it is still less applied in China.P Company is a well-known life insurance company in China.However,in recent years,as the Internet industry has been involved in the insurance industry,the competition in the insurance market has become increasingly fierce.How to quickly deliver high-quality software products has become the top priority of P Company’s development.In this context,how to transform traditional waterfall development into agile development and accelerate P company’s response to market changes has become an important and worthy of in-depth study.Taking the waterfall development mode of P Company L project as an example,this paper introduces the difference between waterfall development and agile development through literature method.Taking L project development process management problems as the core,combined with agile development,agile project management theory,through statistical analysis,root analysis of demand management in the development process,the linkage between development process and quality management and large-scale team collaboration management.On this basis,combined with agile development theory and agile development framework Scrum proposed the waterfall development mode to agile development mode transformation solution.At the same time,corresponding safeguard measures are put forward,which are: guarantee measures of requirements management optimization,guarantee measures of linkage between development process and quality management,and guarantee measures of multi-team cooperation by transformation of development mode.In order to improve the project delivery speed,ensure the quality of the project,to achieve the purpose of rapid response to the market.Through this study,problems in the software development process management of L project can be improved,and a set of improvement procedures suitable for P company’s software project development can be formed,so as to improve the management efficiency of P company’s software project development.At the same time,it is hoped that the research on the transformation of development mode can also provide relevant reference for many domestic enterprises in digital transformation.
