Research On Improvement Of Site Management Under Lean Production In YK Co.Ltd

With the structural adjustment of the Chinese economy and the changes in demographic dividends,labor costs,land rents and taxation policies over the years,the operating costs of foreign-invested enterprises have risen remarkably.Controlling production cost,increasing production efficiency and reducing input of productive elements are the urgent problems to be solved.YK is a foreign-invested enterprise that manufactures mechanical hard disks.As the double impact of the external environment and the solid-state hard disk products in the storage industry in recent years,it is necessary to use lean production methods and ideas to eliminate all waste in production site management as much as possible,so as to maintain the cost leadership and competitiveness of its products.This paper takes YK's production site as the research object.Firstly,it used the literature research method to collect the management methods and tools for the improvement of lean production site,and then combed and summarized the main problems existing in the production site of YK company at present,which are the low and unrealized labor productivity of employees,large material transferring between production lines,and the chaotic 5S on-site conditions.After that,it used the lean production methods and means which including work research,5W1 H question technology and ECRS four principles,SLP systematic layout planning and 5S management to improve the existing problems of on-site management respectively,and pre-evaluated the improvement effects.Finally,put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation from the four aspects of continuous improvement of corporate culture,establishment of incentives and reward and punishment mechanisms,construction of employee training system and improvement of organizational chart.The research results showed that the improvement of YK's production site management can significantly reduce the production cost of products,improve on-site labor productivity and reduce product quality hazards through the using of lean production ideas,which could not only provide the demonstration and guidance of adopting lean production site management for the same type of foreign-invested and the same industry companies,but also have important significance for enriching and developing advanced management concepts of lean production.
