| As emerging fields such as big data,Internet of Things and artificial intelligence achieve technological breakthroughs and realize product innovation and application scenarios exploration.The industry is gradually transforming and upgrading to digitization,networking and intelligence,which has a certain impact on the change of innovation mode.More and more enterprises or organizations begin to realize that they cannot quickly adapt to the rapidly changing technology and the constantly changing environment by relying on their own strength.And they cannot quickly obtain the technology or resources required for innovation,so more enterprises and organizations are willing to carry out innovation activities in the form of innovation ecosystem.In order to explore the evolution regularity and mechanism of innovation ecosystem,this article conducts a case study on the innovation ecosystem of the IC industry.,studies and analyzes the evolution of innovation ecosystem from the perspective of the network,summarizes the evolution characteristics and regularity.This article uses Ucinet6.0 to analyze the network of some joint patent applications in IC industry from 1968 to 2021 and draw the evolution diagram of network structure,analyzes the evolution mechanism of the whole industry.The results show that,first,the evolution of the integrated circuit industry innovation ecosystem can be divided into three stages: the pioneering period,the deployment period and the deepening period.And the government leads the formation of the entire industrial innovation ecosystem.Second,the manifestations of the network structure in each evolution stage are different,but generally show a trend of increasing of network subjects and the strength of network relationships.Different positions have different promoting effects on evolution,and the core positions of the network structure are mostly stateowned enterprises,large private enterprises,universities and research institutes.Third,it explains the dynamic mechanism that the government leading to stimulate industrial development in the pioneering period of the IC industry,the technological participants in the deployment period to promote industrial innovation,and the demand side to promote technological innovation in the deepening period.And The evolution mechanism of the IC industry is that the initial geographical proximity promotes the formation of the innovation ecosystem,and the cognitive proximity promotes the evolution and development of the entire innovation ecosystem. |
