cooperation network.At present,China’s semiconductor industry has passed the beginning and has made great progress under the support of the government.Combined with China’s national conditions and from the development trend in the early stage,it is possible to develop a better cognition of the industry in the next few years and even To predict the development trend of several decades,and to make timely adjustments to market changes according to the research conclusions,for the sake of achieving the target of catching up with strength as quickly as possible and taking an advantage in international competition,which is also the significance of the topic selection of this article.As an important output of innovation achievements,patents are an important manifestation of cooperative innovation among different entities.The text is to study the development trend and influencing factors of enterprise technological innovation cooperation branch out into integrated circuits,and patent data is used as a symbol of enterprise technological innovation.Among them,the joint patent application can be regarded as the cooperation in technological innovation between the applicants.Therefore,this paper collects all patent data in the integrated circuit field with the number of applicants greater than or equal to 2 and the applicant type is an enterprise from the inco Pat database,as The basic data of this study.The patent information in the inco Pat database is timely,comprehensive and accurate,with complete data fields and high data quality,which basically meet the requirements of this paper for data collection.Based on the patent data in the field of integrated circuits from 2011 to 2020,this paper firstly uses VBA programming to process the data,and comprehensively uses software such as Ucinet,Gephi,and visio to generate a technological innovation network diagram.And then from the overall and individual perspectives of analysis.The overall analysis mainly includes the number of network nodes,network density,number of weak components,point-degree central potential,etc.,and makes an evolution analysis of the entire enterprise cooperation network including scientific research institutions and colleges;individual analysis removes scientific research institutions and colleges.The node of the school focuses on the node changes of the enterprises themselves in the network,and mainly analyzes the changes in the location of enterprises in the network and the evolution of core technology masters from the three core values of point centrality,intermediate centrality,and proximity centrality.Secondly,this paper conducts evolution analysis from the perspective of network relationship characteristics,and finds that some enterprises that have established cooperation links have certain similar relationships in their regions,industrial chain links and technical levels.The relevant assumptions of the establishment of the edge,and the Rsiena package is used to establish a random actor model to verify the hypothesis,and it is concluded that the behavior attribute and network structure have a significant impact on the probability of enterprise edge formation,and the influence of node homogeneity as a behavior attribute is embodied in The enterprises are located in the same region,the industrial chain link is the same or similar,and the technical level reflected by the total number of cooperative invention patents is similar,the probability of the enterprise establishing cooperative links will be greatly increased;the influence of the network structure is mainly reflected in the ternary closure in the network.Packets have a significant positive impact on the establishment of links between enterprise nodes in the integrated circuit field.In addition,according to the parameter estimation after machine simulation,it can be concluded that enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain have a higher probability of establishing a cooperative relationship than enterprises in the same industrial chain;among all possible influencing factors,ternary Closures have the greatest impact on changes in network structure,followed by behavioral attributes of enterprises with similar technical levels,both of which can have a significant positive impact on improving the overall network connection.Finally,based on the evolution analysis of the overall technological innovation cooperation network and the modeling results of the factors affecting the network structure,this paper makes predictions on the future development trend of the integrated circuit field and gives certain policies and futures from the two-way perspective of the government and enterprises.The development proposal hopes to promote the operation efficiency of my country’s integrated circuit technology innovation cooperation network,improve the probability of establishing stable cooperative relations
