Research On The Career Demands And Career Transformation Of Paper Media Practitioners In Shandong Province

With the rapid development of new media,the paper media is facing unprecedented challenges.As the main body of the industry,the paper media practitioners have become a focus worthy of attention and reflection.In today’s media ecological environment,the selection of paper media practitioners for research is not only an important part of traditional media research,but also the concern of paper media practitioners from the society,which reflects humanistic care.Through the research on the paper media practitioners,we can see the problems and deficiencies existing in the paper media industry behind these practitioners,and clarify a clear path for the future career development of the paper media practitioners.This paper focuses on the research on the career demands and career transformation of Shandong paper media practitioners,selects 30 representative Shandong paper media practitioners for investigation and analysis,and excavates the current career difficulties and their career demands of Shandong paper media practitioners through in-depth interviews and case analysis.Combined with the local background with Shandong characteristics and the real ideas fed back by the paper media practitioners,this paper attempts to draw a multi-dimensional picture of the current career development of the paper media practitioners in Shandong,analyze the existing difficulties of the paper media practitioners,and explore the future career development direction of the paper media practitioners.The research content mainly includes four parts: the first part summarizes the current work status of Shandong paper media practitioners,mainly introduces the basic overview of the in-depth interview of the paper,and cites some typical interviewees’ cases,so as to analyze and briefly describe the current overall professional survival status of Shandong paper media practitioners.The second part analyzes the professional demands of Shandong paper media practitioners on the basis of the previous discussion,and summarizes six categories: economic demands,growth demands,respect demands,resource demands,health demands and other demands.The third part discusses the current situation of the career transformation of Shandong paper media practitioners.Based on the many appeals generated before,Shandong paper media practitioners have two remaining directions,one is to stay in their original posts and continue to work,and the other is to achieve career transformation.This paper focuses on the part of the career transformation of paper media practitioners,and finally summarizes the career transformation of paper media practitioners as not changing careers,changing careers in similar industries Seeking public office and self employment.The fourth part,through the previous research,based on the current difficulties,career demands and career transformation status of Shandong paper media practitioners,discusses the career development direction of Shandong paper media practitioners in the future,analyzes and discusses from the four aspects of paper media institutional reform,paper media practitioners themselves,the government and society,in order to provide some reference and suggestions for the future career development of paper media practitioners.
