Nowadays,when we talk about the transformation of the media,the media people to stay or leave,not only related to the media people personal career choice,but also determines the future development of the media industry.In recent years,the departure transformation event of the media people again and again aroused public concern and discussion.Especially when excellent media people transformation of departure,or the occurrence of too concentrated mass separation.To some extent,not only have an impact on the remain media people who still in the media industry,but also have a certain impact on the people will enter the media industry prospective journalists-media students.Media students are the main force of the future development of the media,What do they think of the departure transformation event? Will transformation of departure affect their professional identity and career choices?This study first summarizes the research on the resignation,the resignation of media people and the study of professional identity,and understands the domestic and foreign research present situation.Combined with the effects of communication theory,attribution theory,the Department of Sociology theory.Taking the assessment of the transition from the media as a variable,the occupational identity and career choice as the research objective.Through interviews and questionnaires,this paper examines the influence of media turnover on career recognition and career choice of media students.This study first through the media students in-depth interviews and literature research,extraction of media turnover factors to assess the variables and measurement of media students occupational identity scale.After that,design and issue the questionnaire.Finally,272 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS 17.0,including reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis and cross-analysis.The conclusions are as follows:1?Media students on the media turnover of the event awareness assessment willaffect their professional identity.There is a significant positive correlation between the influence of the outgoing media,the relationship between the intensity and the professional identity.2?The media students on the media turnover of the event awareness assessment will affect their career choice will.The greater the external attribution,the greater the trend,the greater the upward mobility,the less willingness they will enter the media job.3?The media students career recognition and career choice intention was significant correlation,that is,the higher the professional identity,the higher the professional choice will.According to the conclusion of the study,the suggestions put forward in this paper are as follows: First,Rational treatment of media turnover and career choice;Second,Media institutions should improve the incentive mechanism;Third,Schools should strengthen the ideal education of journalism;Fourth,Schools to cultivate complex media talent,to adapt to a wide range of media career opportunities.
