The Design And Implementation Of Career Planning System

Currently, graduated students faced unprecedented employment pressure. How to improve the students'competitive employability and overall ability, and how to find their most suitable career have become hot spots of social concern. Various career planning theory have attracted more and more attention.This paper reviewed and compared of current some career planning theory, combined with J2EE technology, proposed and implemented career planning system for university students and young new employees. First of all, the paper introduced briefly the key technologies of the system. Secondly, combined with career planning services, the paper elaborated the career planning system requirements analysis and architecture design. Thirdly, the paper expatiated upon detailed design and implementation of processes for career matching module and personal management module. Finally, the paper summarized and put forward some suggestions to improve the career planning system. The career planning system that be expounded in the paper has put into use, providing professional career planning service for college students or young new employees.
