Evaluation Of BIM Technology Application Maturity In Engineering Project Design Stage

In recent years,under the background of the steady progress of the national BIM policy,the emergence of six national BIM standards,and the introduction of local BIM policies and local BIM standards by local governments,the application of BIM technology in the engineering industry has attracted widespread attention.With the implementation of national BIM pilot projects,the value of BIM technology application is gradually recognized and accepted by people.The construction cycle of engineering projects is long,the coordination of all participants is difficult,and the value of the designer and the construction party cannot be effectively unified.The mature application of BIM technology can perfectly solve many problems of coordination and management of all parties.BIM technology can improve the quality of design results and design efficiency at the same time.However,in the actual implementation of BIM technology at the design stage,due to the limitations of traditional TWO-DIMENSIONAL design process and lack of BIM management talents,the value of BIM technology cannot be fully brought into play,giving people an illusion of "BIM is useless".Based on the perspective of the designer,this paper combs the domestic and foreign literature,summarizes the application points of BIM technology in the design stage,and clarifies the relationship between BIM technology and maturity model.The internal and external environment of BIM technology application in the design stage was analyzed,and the influencing factors of BIM technology application in the design stage were summarized,providing support for the construction of maturity evaluation index system.The BIM technology application maturity evaluation model was constructed,and the evaluation indicators were determined from three aspects of organization management,technical support and cost input combined with the analysis of influencing factors.The BIM technology application maturity of representative design enterprises in the project design stage was evaluated,providing reference for the implementation of FT project.Combining with FT project BIM technology application,to determine the FT project maturity,verify the feasibility of maturity evaluation model,and the representative design project design phase,comparing the application of BIM technology maturity to analyze the application of BIM technology defects FT project,puts forward some countermeasures for promoting design phase of the maturity of the application of BIM technology analysis,Some references are provided for the follow-up implementation of BIM technology by designers.
