| The operation and maintenance management of engineering projects is characterized by long time span,long cycle,multiple contents,difficult information integration and complex personnel,which leads to high management cost,low efficiency and great difficulty.The application of BIM technology in the project operation and maintenance stage can not only solve the integration and sharing of all kinds of resource information,promote the collaborative work of all parties,improve the operation and maintenance efficiency,and reduce the operation and maintenance cost,but also promote the improvement of the project information level.However,with the further promotion and application of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance stage of engineering projects,the determination and improvement of the application level of BIM in projects has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,it is of great practical value to establish BIM application maturity evaluation model in project operation and maintenance stage,determine BIM application level in project operation and maintenance stage,and find out the weak links in BIM application in project operation and maintenance stage and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,which can promote the development of BIM technology in the whole life cycle.The main research contents of thesis include:(1)Through determining the principles,basis,processes and methods for selecting maturity evaluation indicators,and based on literature research and expert interviews,the application of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance stage of engineering projects was analyzed from five perspectives of management,technology,data security,personnel organization and application overview.24 BIM application maturity evaluation indicators were preliminarily concluded.(2)Based on the questionnaire survey,five common factors were obtained by principal component analysis method according to the scoring results of experts on the importance of the primary index.The factor load matrix was rotated by using the maximum variance method,and four indexes with lower factor load were eliminated.An evaluation index system of BIM application maturity in the operation and maintenance stage of engineering projects was constructed,which contains 5 dimensions and 20 indicators.(3)On the basis of analyzing the existing theories of maturity model and combining with the actual situation of BIM application in the operation and maintenance stage of engineering projects,the BIM application maturity level is divided into initial stage,growth stage,improvement stage,maturity stage and optimization stage,and the evaluation standards of each indicator maturity level were established.(4)According to the scoring results of experts on BIM application maturity evaluation indicators,the objective weight determined based on entropy weight method and the subjective weight determined based on AHP method were calculated,and the combined weight of each indicator was further coupled.The cloud model was introduced,and the cloud model parameters of each index were obtained by MATLAB programming and the evaluation cloud map was drawn.By comparing with the standard evaluation cloud map,the BIM application maturity level of the project was determined,and the BIM application maturity evaluation model in the operation and maintenance stage of the project was finally established.(5)Through the actual case of an engineering project in Shenzhen,the evaluation index system and maturity evaluation model constructed above were verified.According to the calculation and analysis,the BIM application maturity level in the operation and maintenance stage of the project is in the improvement stage and tends to develop to the mature stage.Provide improvement suggestions for the project to improve the work efficiency in the operation and maintenance stage of the project,which provides reference for the in-depth application of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance stage of the project or similar projects. |
