Under the application of 5G communication,IOT,Big Data,AI and other new technology scenarios,the communication network industry will face a reshuffle again.In this process,how to improve the operation efficiency of communication enterprises,gain development advantages in the competition,and then promote the sustainable and steady development of enterprises is the practical problem that communication enterprises must solve.Information technology has become one of the most important means at present.However,in the process of practical application,many information construction projects have evolved into face projects of enterprises,which have failed to bring the improvement of business efficiency or achieve the expected effect,and even some information construction projects have finally become the business burden of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to build a complete evaluation system of the informatization level of communication enterprises and measure its informatization development level objectively and scientifically..This article uses the three-dimensional coordinate system of enterprise informatization,the technical standards of international telecommunication forum alliance and the industry characteristics of domestic communication network enterprises to build a communication system with method theory,computer level and organization process as the first level indicators,and support method,decision-making method,computer hardware level,software level,enterprise organization management and process management as the second level indicators Information maturity evaluation model of information network enterprises.Using the expert questionnaire survey method to obtain the basic data,and using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of enterprise informatization index system,formed the communication network enterprise informatization maturity index system.At the same time,according to the evolution process of information,the level of enterprise information is classified.This article selects a radio and television network company as the research object,and conducts an empirical study on its informatization maturity.The results show that the enterprise's informatization maturity is relatively high,but there are still shortcomings in the aspects of hardware backbone network,cloud infrastructure and mobile Internet.Therefore,it puts forward to strengthen the infrastructure design of public cloud(private cloud)platform,infrastructure backbone network,and Suggestions on the construction of first generation communication network technology,software microservice and containerization to promote the development of enterprise informatization.
