Design And Implementation Of Online Project Application And Evaluation System For Shenyang Science And Technology Bureau

With the rapid development of computer technology today, the development and application of the network and information technology are accessing to all works of life at the same time, showing a huge role, especially in the growing wide range and high speed direction of the development of network technology. Project application and approval has more trends in this development. However, with the further development of the project management, it gradually reveals a lot of problems in the management side. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to strengthen the management of the project application and approval as well as the clarity of the approval of the project and progress. How to deal with a variety of projects with a more efficient and faster speed has become an important problem in information construction for Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau.For the above situation, this paper designs and implements a practical system of project application and approval. This paper will first study SPRING, STRUTS, HIBERNATE(SSH), JBPM as well as the components, which is the technology of MVC structure. Then access to the relevant information and the users’ need to determine the main functions of the project application and approval system. What’s more, the structured design method is used to design the system functions in this paper, which means dividing the whole system into multiple functional modules. The major designs are project application module, project approval module, project query module, project management module and the system management module, as well as other functional modules in all parts. Further, this paper mainly implements the project application, project approval, project query, project management and system management modules. Of particular importance is the module of project approval, whose relevant process will be described thoroughly in this paper. Finally, the system is tested in this paper, whose result shows that the basic requirements of the system functions of the project application and approval are implemented.This system uses Java and MySQL database as a tool for development. The system implemented this time is for all types of users and uneven levels of the administrators, which is quite easy to use. The system has good operability and practicability.
