Under the circumstance of drastic competence,along with the new technology changing each passing day,the implementation of the project has gradually access to important a mean for an organization to enhance the level of management as well as to achieve competitive advantage.More attention has been paid by enterprises on the project management,therefore an enterprises which vigorously promoting the project management also need to understand these facts including the level of their own project management,a ruler to review and improve a project management capacity.The Project Management Maturity Model is such a measure of organizational project management capabilities,which is often used to guide how enterprises understanding and improving their own project management capabilities,thereby enhancing the level of enterprise project management and comprehensive competitiveness.Group-type enterprises are characterized by diversification,involving more industries,different level of informatization.With the rapid development of group-oriented enterprises,information projects involving more departments,more complex business,the division of labor is becoming more fine,also the complexity of project management has gradually increased.The traditional project management has been difficult to control the project process,which proposed a new requirement on the implementation of the project across processes which is planning,evaluation,monitoring,quality assurance,risk control and etc.On the basis of fully studying the development of Project Management Maturity Model at home and abroad,this paper actively seeks to meet the maturity model of YX Group's informatization project management,with the purpose of finding the direction of information technology project improvement and enhance the group information project management Level.Based on the relevant theory of OPM3,project management standard system and the related knowledge of mathematical statistics,this paper studies the existing problems of YX Group informatization project management and project implementation in YX Group.Through the evaluation,it find where the information project management needs to be strengthen...
