Electric power is a kind of energy driven by electric energy,and its importance to the country,society and people is self-evident.As an important carrier to ensure the sustainable and stable supply of electricity,power transmission and transformation projects play an important role in the construction of national infrastructure.The quality of their projects is not only related to the development of the national economy,but also related to the daily life of thousands of households.How to improve the quality of power transmission and transformation project construction and reduce the construction cost is a common challenge for practitioners of power transmission and transformation project construction.Compared with the traditional manual management mode,the emergence of building information modeling(BIM)has greatly improved and optimized the traditional construction industry producers from the construction process to the management mode.In the construction of power transmission and transformation projects,the application of BIM Technology is not wide enough.Therefore,it is very necessary to understand what factors affect the application and promotion of BIM in the construction of power transmission and transformation projects through investigation,analyze the influence degree and internal function relationship of various factors on the application and promotion of BIM Technology,and determine the key factors that restrict the application and promotion of BIM Technology in power transmission and transformation projects,so as to put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Based on this,this paper studies the current situation,influencing factors and potential of BIM Technology Application and promotion in the construction of power transmission and transformation projects.Firstly,a BIM Technology Application Maturity measurement system based on"configuration+application" is constructed.This paper investigates and analyzes the application status of BIM Technology in power transmission and transformation projects,evaluates the application maturity of BIM Technology,and analyzes the main problems faced by the promotion of BIM Technology.It is found that the application of BIM Technology in power transmission and transformation projects is in its infancy,and its application depth still needs to be further increased.Secondly,an analysis framework of influencing factors based on interpretive structural model(ISM)is constructed.By reading and sorting out relevant literature,the influencing factors of BIM Technology Application and promotion in power transmission and transformation projects are preliminarily identified,and the collected influencing factors are classified and summarized according to scientific classification standards;On this basis,the econometric analysis process of influencing factors based on ISM model is constructed;Finally,the influencing factors are investigated in the form of questionnaire,and the influence mechanism of BIM Technology Application and promotion in power transmission and transformation projects is analyzed by ISM model to explore the internal relationship between these factors.Finally,the potential analysis system of BIM Technology Application and promotion in power transmission and transformation projects is established.The index weight is determined by the method of entropy weight+ expert evaluation;Based on the principle of triangular fuzzy number,experts are invited to score different indicators;This paper analyzes the application and promotion potential of BIM Technology,and puts forward some suggestions on the application,promotion,development and promotion strategy of BIM Technology.This study provides a scientific method for the expanded application of BIM Technology in power grid engineering construction,and provides a reference for the application and promotion of BIM Technology in power transmission and transformation engineering construction related enterprises.
