As a new and advanced lubrication method,oil mist lubrication has the advantages of uniform lubrication,low fuel consumption.It can improve equipment operation efficiency and reduce equipment wear.It has gradually replaced traditional lubrication methods in developed countries,but it started late in China.In recent years,the domestic research on oil mist lubrication technology mainly focuses on the calculation of particle size,oil mist concentration and fuel consumption.For the automatic control system of oil mist lubrication equipment,there is no comprehensive analysis and summary.As the end user’s demand for automation of oil mist lubrication equipment increases,it is extremely urgent to design an automatic control system that meets the needs of practical applications.This thesis aims to design a complete set of automatic control system.According to the working principle of the oil mist lubrication system,the demand for the oil mist lubrication for the automatic control system is mainly data acquisition,data analysis and actuator control.In this thesis,under the premise of fully analyzing the working mechanism of the oil mist lubrication system,summarize and analyze for each parameter,such as pressure,liquid level,temperature.Then select the PLC and supporting components suitable for the small control system to realize the data acquisition and data analysis of the above parameters.Control system uses PLC to control heaters and solenoid valves.For the temperature control,various PID algorithms are studied,and the PID algorithm applicable to the system is selected.In terms of man-machine interface,combined with the explosion-proof requirements of oil mist lubrication equipment,and perform the HMI equipment selection and functional design.The remote monitoring system is used to monitor the parameters of the oil mist lubrication equipment.This thesis will perform screen configuration,data acquisition and measurement statistics.In the specific research process,considering the heater is the main functional component,so we analyze the material and power selection in detail.In the actual application process,there is a problem that the solenoid valve interferes with the PLC and the sensor signal.This thesis analyzes the PLC anti-interference measures separately.In this thesis,we study the automatic control system for oil mist lubrication equipment,and mature products are formed according to the research results.After the actual application test,there are good results,but the automatic adjustment of oil mist concentration and pressure needs to be further studied.
