In the tokamak fusion device of plasma, electron density is an important physical parameter, the space-time distribution of electron density affect various kinds of physical phenomenon. Far-infrared interferometer is widely used for diagnosing plasma electron density in tokamaks. As the light source of interferometer in EAST currently, HCN laser is easily affected by the environment like temperature which is responsible for the unstability of HCN power. Considering the requirement of long-pulse and high-performance plasma discharge on EAST, HCN far-infrared laser interferometer system must provide continuous,stable and realiable electronic density feedback control signal,during experiment time,but,reachers cann't go into the hall to adjust the laser interferometer power,so we urgently need a set of automatic feedback and remote control system of the HCN laser interferometer power. The main work of this paper is to develop a set of automatic feedback control system and remote control system of the HCN laser interferometer power so ensure the stability of the power output,to measure the plasma electron density of space and time distribution,reach appared in the process of discharged plasma physics phenomenon,and provide the density of the feedback signal to control the EAST discharge.The automatic control and remote control system mainly include Siemens S7-200 PLC,electric platform,detector,PC,etc.As the controller,the S7-200 mainly includes CPU224 XP module,CP243-1 Ethernet module and EM253 motion control module.Electic platform adjust power of laser interferometer as the automatic feedback control system actuators,and probe convent the light signal into electrical signal.The upper machine is developed by King View 6.55,the system can real-time momitor the size of the interferometer power and the position of the electic platform,in addition,the system can also directly adjust the power of interferometer,throught the control panel manual control buttons.The paper mainly introduces the following contents:1 Chapter one introduce Tokamaks and HCN laser interferometer system development and present situation in domestic and foreign,and PLC and King View application in engineering practice.2 Chapter tow introduce HCN laser principle,structure and the actuatot of the automatic feedback control system.3 Chapter three introduce the principle and characteristics of PLC,as well as the application in engineering and so on.In addition we also introduced the procedures of the automatic feedback control system and detailed work process.4 Chapter four mainly introduce the application of King View software, the realization method of the upper machine, and the introduction of the control panel of the upper machine.5 Chapter five mainly introduce the experimental results,and we compared the results of the HCN laser interferometer power over time,which with the control system and without the control system.We find that the system is usefull.6 In chapter 6 some conclusions in this thesis were summarized and future research proposals were suggested.
