Automatic control system station in Zhuozhou is based on the concept of"science and technology area" in the context of a subsystem of the BGP. The aim ofthe establishment of dispatching service system and automation station system, andthe new automation system equipment is to been designed to improve the three levelof the automation control system at present, to propel the apparatus automaticacquisition of data to the first class and to develop three level automatic controlsystem which the center for second, and the control center for the third level.According to the feasibility research base of reality in the index and GeophysicalBureau Information Center, the subject of this paper is one of the basis of automaticcontrol system project in Zhuozhou mining area of heat exchange station, whose siteinvestigation and survey also meets the real needs of customers. Based on WINCCsystem of Siemens Company, the PC software is designed to develop the PC man-machine interface which provides a convenient operation, reliable performance of theintelligent software for the automation control system. The heat transfer stationsystem of the full automatic control saves a lot of manpower and material resources,and improves the process of the whole mining area and the level of automationproduction, operation, reparation efficiency, to achieve the goal of the "science andtechnology area".Compared to other editing language, WINCC is a graphical editing language,relatively graphics, visualization, easy to edit. Mainly based on customerrequirements, this study on the host computer identify the needs of the main technicalgoals, and the implementation which based on the WINCC software platform. Man-machine upper monitor is to achieve the following main functions, such as display thelower position machine gathering data, process and control operation, the maincontrol functions of real-time monitoring, loop display, curve analysis, report, alarm,cumulative, configuration, print, and other system linkage. According to the designidea, the design of software is continue debugging based on WINCC basis, until theprogram reaches the related technical index.After complete the program design, the practical operation of two heatingseason continue to be tested on the PC software and be debugged. Though manyproblems appear in the process, but they can be solved in time to ensure reliable,efficient operation of the base station control system. Realized the economic operationThe high level of automation of existing, and the son system into the wholeinformation system in the mine, lifts equipment monitoring level, to ensure safety inproduction operation, effectively reduce the gas cost. Finally, we prospect theevaluation of man-machine of the PC upper monitor and future developmentdirection.
