The paper is based on the Automatic Monitored Control System of LINF TAOhe Integrated Modification Project, specific related to the content of the engineering information and the monitor automation of pumping station system's development and study. It comprehensively discusses the elementary concept and the development status of the hydraulic information and the development status of the monitor control system. At the same time, it specific introduces the merits and drawbacks of the centralization monitor control system, the distributor monitor control system and the fieldbus control system, and the trend of development of the monitor control system of the future. The system adopts the DCS (the distributor monitor control system) through the comparison of some kinds fashion of monitor control system and the considerations of the project's reality conditions, and assume the LAN way to take every measure control station and low junction center through fibre-optic transmission system to become a networks; And have studied and developed the corresponding monitor system software.The total system is finished according to the principle that is standardization, real-time, openness, practicability, reliability, stability and security. The study and development content mainly include the integration of pumping station monitor control system,how to realize the system's function; acquisition and treating signal, the selecting of communication fashion; the lectotype of hardware and the program composition of the configuration software; the study and analysis of the system's reliability and so on. On the way of the lectotype of hardware, it is accessed by these demands that are advanced, reliability, openness, cost performance is high, and the function of stage and expansion is good and so on. On the way of system software development, the KINGVIEW6.03 is used for the design tool of background real-time monitor control program, produced by the BeiJing YaKong Company. SIMATIC S7-200 user program is used for the development tool of the foreground configuration software program design, produced by the Siemens Company; it is of these features that configuration flexible, instruction enrichment, mathematical manipulation and some other intelligence module communication instruction and so on. The developed software that the working procedure interface is friendly, the graph is abundantly and intuition, the emulation effectiveness is good and can control the facility conveniently.The total system achieves those functions that is data collection, pumping station autocontrol, catenation and alarm,procedure parameter on site display the number,electric engine gently start-up,monitor function etc. ,attaining the target of"once come through, user set their heart at rest". The practice operation of the system shows that the PLC is configuration agility, extension conveniently, programming simply; adopting configuration king carrying through the design of application program that is the design cycle short, graphical interfaces abundantly, real-time and multitask, the interface opening, using agility, function multiplicity, operation credibility; realizing the automation monitoring of the supply-water pumping station system that is effective of energy-saving for the supply-water system, increasing of running efficiency of the system, and make the water resources dispatched rationally. The system adopts redundance settings in all the key equipment and the midst piece, at the same time adopts software redundance design technology to enhance the system's reliability, on the moreover, there takes some necessary safeguards such as the ground protection installation, the lightning conductor and so on to prevent the thunderbolt, the noises signal into the equipment, changing the operation stability and security of the system. The development and study and the achieving function of the whole system satisfy the development demand of the hydraulic information, the integration of this system is the production of the era's developing, and emerges as the times require under the water conservancy information calling.At the present time this system has been constructed and accomplished, the safety and economy operation of system will bring good economy benefit and society benefit.Of course,the economy efficiency of automatic system's externalization that still need well service after sale and strengthen train of the site operating staff of the system can realize, therefore, it require the unit of project management that must to have lucidum cognition.
