As far as we know, the information waves caused by IT roll up all over the world and, therefore, human social life and production are changing dramatically. The industrialization is the base and premise of social information and social information is the most effective means to realize industrialization. The two promote each other mutually. Traditional industry makes use of both industrialization and social information to enter the times of industrial modernization.Industry automatic system consists of Enterprise Resource Planning, Manufacturing Execution System and Process Control System. Process Control System is made up of two elements: The aim of developing industry automates is to realize the process automates. Process automates is a more variable control system that is based on the mark of quality and technique.This system requests to realize the product line monitor and control, passing the data (temperature, pressure, speed, switch etc) of product line to control center and then, showing this data by picture, form etc. According to these data, operator will monitor the industry process accurately and interfere the process of industry artificially, through especially algorithm.This thesis discussed four questions primarily: The first are the principles of monitor and control system, the idea about developing center control system and the way of designing system. The second is the introduction of the water Treatment and the network structure of control systems, which include how to use the redundancy technique and how to realize communication between them. The third, according to the constitute of monitor and control system, upper layer computer and Lower layer computer, discussed the way to design one by one. At last, the thesis discussed the way to improve decision-making, and expatiated on capacity policy based on Fuzzy Control System.With the water Treatment distributed monitor and control system of some steel factory as a model, the author fininshed this thesis. In this thesis, the author discussed the design method about each part of the water Treatment distributed monitor and control system. What is more, some programs were presented such as controlling water pressure of PB301, restart the computer of distributed monitor and control system under the InTouch. |
