In recent years,with the rapid development of life science and technology,the research on gene level of disease has become more and more thorough.With its advantages of high throughput,high efficiency,high accuracy and low pollution,automatic instrument has become the first choice to replace manual nucleic acid extraction,and is sought after in the field of genetic research.After analyzing and studying the related products at home and abroad,an upper computer software system for automatic nucleic acid extraction workstation is designed and developed based on the company's R & D equipment.This paper mainly includes the following aspects: Firstly,according to the software requirements analysis the system is modeled and the overall structure of the software is designed.The software consists of login module,consumables management module and experimental design module.Secondly,according to the overall structure of the software and the requirements analysis,three functional modules are designed,and the basic functions of three functional modules are determined.Thirdly,the human-computer interfaces of functional modules are designed,which include login interface,consumables management interface,experimental design interface and several custom controls.Finally,C# language is used to code each function module of the system,and all function modules are constructed into the whole system.Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 is used as the development platform.The system is based on Windows Forms,and written in C# language.After testing,each module can meet the design requirements,and the fuzzy PID control of temperature of the mixer can reach the predetermined target.These indicate that the software system of the upper computer can meet the expected requirement.
