Research On The Supervision Of We Media In The Dissemination Of Network Public Events

We media has become the main fermentation source and communication subject of network public events.With extensive participation in the space of network public events,we often form a strong network public opinion,which brings unprecedented challenges and pressure to social governance.Based on the literature research method and case study method,using the network communication theory,social responsibility theory and public governance theory,especially General Secretary Xi’s discussion on the network power,this paper summarizes the supervision system,subject,content,means and mechanism in the current situation of self media supervision in China,focusing on the positive and negative typical cases of the forest fire incident in Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province and the fall of 49 middle school students in Chengdu,This paper deeply analyzes the problems and causes in the supervision of we media,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on this basis.This paper finds that in the communication of online public events,we media do not abide by laws and regulations,violate public order and good customs,endanger social stability,damage public interests and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others.There are prominent problems,such as unclear responsibilities of regulatory authorities,overlapping rights and responsibilities,imperfect regulatory mechanism,overlapping rights and responsibilities,imperfect regulatory mechanism,imperfect construction of laws and regulations,insufficient professional ability of regulators and so on.The main reasons for the problems are the prominent complexity and abruptness of supervision,the lag of supervision concept,insufficient attention,the lag of supervision concept,the unclear effect of accountability,the lack of comprehensive supervision ability of we media,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions: clarify the responsibilities of regulatory authorities and establish an efficient linkage disposal mechanism;Improve the professional ability of supervision and enhance the scientific and technological means of supervision;Increase regulatory laws and regulations: enhance accountability and punishment;Strengthen the social responsibility and moral quality of we media;Train opinion leaders and build online evaluation team.
