| In the Internet era,corporate profit model has become a hot topic,but there are few researches on the profit model of media companies.The advanced information technology promotes the close cooperation between China’s media enterprises and e-commerce,and the business operation mode of media enterprises is constantly transforming and auditing.At present,China’s media industry competition is increasingly fierce,most of China’s media enterprises are facing financial difficulties due to poor profitability.Therefore,media enterprises must accelerate their strategic transformation,innovate profit models and optimize design according to the media convergence strategy proposed by the state,reshape the market competitive advantages,improve the profitability of media companies and ensure the sustainable development of corporate profits.This paper takes m media company as the object of study,through consulting literature,Field Research,questionnaire survey and other ways to collect the relevant information of the paper,using the literature research method,case study method and comparative analysis method.Firstly,this paper analyzes the components and external environment of m media company’s profit model,and analyzes the operating situation of m media company’s profit model through enterprise’s profit ability,debt paying ability,operating ability and growth ability.Secondly,drawing on the experience of the implementation effect evaluation of the domestic and foreign profit model,combining the balanced scorecard and the analytic hierarchy process,constructing the evaluation system of the implementation effect evaluation of the profit model of m media company and applying it,it is concluded that the implementation of M media company’s profit model under the background of media convergence has a good effect,but there are some problems such as unstable business development,imperfect derivative development and weak membership system.Finally,according to the value orientation,the value creation,the value transmission and the value acquisition,the profit model of m media company is optimized,and the optimization measures are implemented from four aspects:the profit source,the profit object,the profit lever and the profit barrier,and the internal and external support analysis of the profit model optimization feasibility.Through the research,not only expand the application scope of the media convergence theory,but also combine the media convergence with the profit model,guide M media company to speed up the strategic transformation,enhance the sustainability of m media company.The paper hopes to provide a reference for other media enterprises to optimize their profit models and help the media industry to achieve the goal of value creation. |
