2020 is the decisive stage for our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way as well as the last year of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.In addition to the goal of comprehensive poverty elimination,the development of China's cultural industry is also in a period of golden strategic opportunities.Since the reform and opening up,all walks of life have begun to develop at a really high speed.Relying on China's huge population and large demand for information,the publishing and media industry has achieved excellent results as a representative of traditional industries.The times are constantly changing under the impetus of science and technology.With the popularization and application of Internet technology,media integration and digital publishing have become an irreversible trend of the development of industries in the new era.Traditional publishing and media enterprises are facing the dilemma of transformation and upgrading.At the turning point of the age,opportunities and challenges coexist.How to survive the fierce competition and find the most suitable profit model has become the biggest issue of the industry nowadays.This article chooses China Science Publishing &Media Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as CSPM)as study object.Using the methods of literature analysis,quantitative analysis,and case analysis,this article begins the research with the following five elements: profit points,profit objects,profit sources,profit leverage,and profit barrier.First of all,according to the financial evaluation,this article gives an evaluation of the profit model of CSPM vertically.Then compare the profit model of CSPM with that of representative enterprises home and abroad horizontally.After the comparison and analysis from two dimensions,the article presents the limitations of development of CSPM under the background of media integration,and tries to give a targeted overall optimization and promotion strategy.Finally,the research results of the objects in this case are summarized and prospected,in the hope that other publishing and media enterprises can take this article as a reference.I also hope that more experts and scholars participate in the traditional publishing and media industry to do research,discuss the future development and promote cultural construction of our country to create new greater glories.
