Since the Network Convergence of radio and television,telecommunications and Internet have emerged, arise the widespreadconcern in the community, Network Convergence has become an inevitabletrend of future development. In recent years, the state vigorously promotethe triple play of the process, the traditional broadcasting system also beganto vigorously develop new media services such as video website portals,IPTV, interactive TV. The emergence of new media enterprises givetraditional system a great challenge, also give the traditional Internettechnology companies impact and challenges. Belong with the increasingnumber of users, how to attract users to use the service in the futuredevelopment and how to retain customers in order to create a steady incomeas a new media business goal.In this paper, we will talk about new media enterprise business model.By analyze the developments in the present of enterprise and problems inthe future, recognizing that development of new media companies to a clearunderstanding of the opportunities and challenges by Network Convergence.With the development of the analysis of new media companies in recentyears, the new media business in the future with growing users has muchroom to development. While analyze the typical kind of business model innew media companies and Internet enterprises over the years, includingmanagement model, profit model, marketing model and expansion model.We found major problems exist in the new media business and pointed outthe direction for future development. The enterprise business model toreform must from the four aspects in the future development and pointed out that the method for improvement and innovation.
