Research On The Emergency Service Strategy Of University Library Under The Background Of Public Health Emergencies

As the information center of colleges and universities,University Library has the characteristics of high personnel density and strong mobility.When public health events occur,it will bring a lot of inconvenience to the readers in the library.In public health incidents,university libraries also need to actively assume the responsibility of information center to provide readers with all kinds of necessary emergency services.During the novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control period,University Libraries actively take various services to help teachers and students in their research and learning.However,in practice,there are obvious differences in the emergency services of university libraries,and there are many deficiencies on the whole.In order to study the emergency services in university libraries during the period of COVID-19,this paper investigates and analyzes the problems of the "double first class" University Libraries in China.The first chapter briefly summarizes the current social background of public health emergencies,and reviews the related research on public health emergencies and emergency services of university libraries.In the second chapter,from the related concepts and theories of University Library emergency service,the concepts of public health emergencies and library emergency service are defined in detail.The third chapter mainly from the relevant theory and practice,expounds the main types and specific contents of University Library emergency service,summarizes and summarizes the relevant principles and ideas of University Library emergency service.The fourth chapter novel coronavirus pneumonia emergency service in university libraries,and the emergency service of the University Library in the new crown pneumonia epidemic situation,and analyzes the problems.In the fifth chapter,in view of the problems existing in the emergency service of university library,according to the construction principles proposed in the research,the corresponding measures and suggestions for improving the emergency service are put forward.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole paper and analyzes the shortcomings of the research...
