In recent years,in the process of the gradual rise of various social media represented by the mobile Internet, various public health emergencies have occurred frequently, making it more difficult for government departments and society to deal with emergencies, and also bringing new opportunities to emergency management. In the process of emergency management, effective information exchange between government agencies, news media, and the public is the key to the normal operation of the management process. In order to promote the effective operation of the emergency management process in social media, social media users can spread relevant emergency information through different social media networks to provide effective impetus for emergency response.By analyzing the inherent influence of social media users in emergency information sharing behavior, this thesis explores the factors that affect users’ emergency information sharing behavior in the emergency management process of public health emergencies,so as to further find and improve effective measures for emergency response in emergency management. This thesis aims to explore the influencing factors of emergency information sharing for public health emergencies for social media users,so as to promote the efficiency of user emergency information sharing in social media, promote effective emergency response in emergencies, and provide a reference for emergency management departments to use social media platforms to improve relevant business and emergency management services.Firstly, based on the theory of collective action, the theory of interpersonal relationships, the theory of social influence, and the theory of altruistic motivation, and the basic theoretical framework of the technology acceptance model, this thesis summarizes nine research variables from the process of sharing behavior: interpersonal relationships, social Influence, altruistic motivation, credibility of sources, ease of use of emergency information, usefulness of emergency information, quality of emergency information, willingness to share emergency information, and behavior of emergency information sharing.Secondly, according to the relationship between the variables in the related conceptual model, the hypothetical and theoretical model of this thesis is proposed and constructed.A formal questionnaire was then designed and distributed by means of a pre-survey and the data were obtained.Spss24.0 and Amos24.0 are used to model the reliability test, validity test, verifiability factor analysis, and structural equation model verification and mediation effect test.Studies have shown that under the public health emergency, the ease of information use, altruistic motivation and social influencing factors have the most significant impact on the willingness to share emergency information. The willingness to share emergency information plays an intermediary role in the transformation of the performance of the anterior variable into the behavior of emergency information sharing. Finally, from three aspects, the public emergency information management is proposed to supervise, the government should understand the public’s need for emergency information to better improve the supervision mechanism;the public should take the initiative to improve their own emergency information awareness;need to improve the social participation in emergency management to improve the emergency response behavior.
