In recent years,reading therapy,as an emerging social work intervention method,has entered the public view.It mainly combines reading and treatment,and brings readers thinking and change through reading,so as to promote the solution of problems.With the deepening of reading therapy research in China,reading therapy is widely used in multiple fields,to explore the effect of improve children,this study combined with the characteristics of the research object,selected the picture books as reading materials and use the form of group work,the "picture book reading" used to improve the level of junior children resistance in research.The Child L service project of Qingdao X Social Work Development Center mainly serves migrant children.This study takes this project as an example to explore the effect of picture book reading group on improving the stress level of migrant children in lower grades.First of all,semi-structured interview,questionnaire survey,literature research method,participatory observation and other methods were comprehensively used to collect data,and the reasons for the generally low stress stress level of migrant children in lower grades in X Social Work Development Center were analyzed.Secondly,based on the existing problems and the comprehensive use of stress theory,the reading stress improvement group of picture books was designed and carried out from the three dimensions of optimism,efficacy and sense of belonging.Meanwhile,the effect of the group was enhanced by self-service library,encouraging cards and story companion angel.After eight group activities,combined with quantitative and qualitative assessment,it was found that the picture book reading group had a good effect on improving the self-cognition and acceptance,emotion management,problem solving,goal awareness,and communication skills of young and junior migrant children.In general,the picture book reading group has certain advantages in improving the resilience of migrant children in lower grades,but there are also some deficiencies.Therefore,the following aspects: reasonable selection of picture books;enhance the professional ability of workers;and ensure the continuity of service. |
