Group Work Is Involved In The Research On Improving The Resilience Of Migrant Children

With the acceleration of China's economic growth and urbanization process,the rapid increase of the floating population and the emergence of family migration,therefore,the number of floating children is also increasing rapidly.As a first-tier city in Shandong Province,Qingdao has attracted a large number of labor force from inside and outside the province.With the increasing number of parents bring their children to the city to survive.The resilience of migrant children is vital for them to adapt to the environmental differences.Therefore,as a special group of migrant children in Qingdao,the resilience of some migrant children needs to arouse the attention of the society.This paper takes the migrant child care service project of X Agency in Qingdao west coast new district as an example to explore the effect of group work on improving the resilience of migrant children.Firstly,literature review,observation,questionnaire survey and interview were used to collect data to analyze the problems and causes of the resilience of migrant children in X Agency.Secondly,guided by the theory of resilience and the theory of social support,the worker opened the the group of resilience improvement,after the eight group activities,and assist in family education lectures,teacher's remarks to encourage such as strategy,through group evaluation,as well as the reference for the California primary health scale design the self-made scale assessment of workers scores before and after the contrast of team members,found that team members resilience increased.Finally,the author analyzes the limitations and advantages of migrant children's resilience through group work,and reflect on that some effects have been achieved in improving the resilience of migrant childrent,but also exists some shortage.In the process of group activities,it is difficult to recruit team members,the intervention methods of social workers are relatively simple,the experience and ability of workers are relatively insufficient,and the service objects are not followed up.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the awareness,link social resources,improve the professional ability of service staff and social workers,strengthen the follow-up of team members and so on,so as to improve the practical research on social worker intervention and better serve migrant children.
