With the rapid development of economy,the promotion of urban expansion and industrialization,China's urban and rural relations from the past isolated separation of the rigid two yuan structure has evolved into a flow between urban and rural areas of the rigidity,elasticity of the two nature of the two yuan social structure,and under this structure,more and more rural surplus labor force transferred to the direction of the city flow,Has produced a large number of mobile populations.With the passage of time,the improvement of living standards and the alienation of family ties,the flow patterns of individual individuals gradually evolve into a family mobility model.And the labels of children of such groups from left-behind children to migrant children,from migrant children to accompanying children,with the increase in the size of the scale,governments at all levels,the media and professional academic circles,such as the issue of the education of children of migrant families also slowly pay attention to the problem,and their education situation has been improved to a certain extent.Although policies have been developed to address the education of children of migrant families,the process of integrating them with unfamiliar cities has been difficult,and the children of migrant families have been subjected to various pressures from the mainstream social culture of unfamiliar cities,which have affected the development of their socialization.This article will mainly take the family,the school,the individual three aspects to expound the foreign migrant child's anti-force development influence factor,combined with the author's internship experience,uses the group work intervention method,through the observation method,the interview method,the questionnaire survey method to explore the anti-inverse force internal factor change to the adolescent child's influence.Firstly,the paper analyzes the present situation and causes of the migration of the children of migrant families in recent years and leads to the view that the children of migrant workers are more likely to developpsychological problems or behavioral problems than other children in the course of their growth.Secondly,through the internship work,Shenzhen a J primary school students as a sample target,from the establishment of professional relations,emotional management,sense of responsibility,self-confidence and other aspects of group work intervention,through the in-depth group work,the use of specific working methods,social workers observation follow-up,mental health knowledge popularization and emotional management skills improvement and so on,The comparison between the two groups of data after the anti-inversion measurement and the visit of parents and teachers to help Shenzhen J Primary School sample children to find self-value identification,stimulate their own potential,improve the resistance of the purpose.
