How to carry out reasonable and effective quality control of library service is an important topic.In the process of library service,librarians interact directly with users on behalf of libraries and generate services.The attitude,patience and service behavior of these employees will directly or indirectly affect users' satisfaction evaluation.It is undeniable that there is a positive correlation between librarians' service quality and users' quality perception.Then how to improve the enthusiasm of librarians to bring more perfect feelings to users has become a problem facing library management in the new environment.In the social environment of the rising cost of living,how to enhance the attraction of libraries to librarians and improve librarians' satisfaction with libraries are particularly important.Combined with the theory of employee motivation in the field of enterprise management,the author believes that if a unit or department has a harmonious and favorable "organizational climate",its members will have positive work motivation.From the perspective of the organizational climate of the library,this paper attempts to accurately grasp and maximize the practical needs of librarians for the dimensions of organizational climate.In combination with the Climate-QUALTM evaluation system and on the basis of relevant domestic scholars research,to develop a 24 multi-item Kano needs questionnaire contains nine dimensions,using the Kano model,and USES the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,demand for 24 items of questionnaire Climate index classification,and through the Kano analysis method,comparative analysis of librarians caused by gender role,working years and a variety of different demand.Finally,according to the result of data analysis,from the museum climate satisfaction assessment,promoting justice system construction,implement democratic leadership,encourage innovation,change and assist to learning and pay attention to the humanistic care and the five aspects such as interpersonal harmony puts forward Suggestions for library construction ofbenign organization climate,thus realize the soft environment of the library service quality control.
