Reader Service Of Children In China

Children are the future of human’s development. As a special educationalorganization serving for the children, the children’s library has important instructivemeaning on their future development. However, offering good service to the readers isthe vital task for a library. As for children’s library, how to provide better service for thechildren should be given the priority.The children’s library need to carry out readers’ service, it should take fulladvantage of its specialized functions in society, culture and education. Familiar withchildren’s psychological and physiological characteristics, the children library couldcarry out pointed service to children readers. The thesis aims at comprehensively andsystematically analyzing the deficiency of children’s library in our country through theresearch of their historical development and the current situation. What’s more, topromote the development of the children libraries’ service in our country, the thesis alsoproposes feasible advice which can be supported and approved in library area and canboost the service efficiency in children’s libraries.
