We Chat is the instant messaging software with the highest user activity rate,which has a strong influence in the process of information dissemination.We Chat official account based on We Chat platform has used the huge user group behind We Chat,which is a treasure place for individuals and media to compete.At present,many university libraries in China have opened Wechat public accounts,but in practice,there are some problems such as single content of Wechat tweets and low interaction frequency of readers.Therefore,university libraries must attach importance to improving the content and quality of We Chat's tweets and readers' satisfaction,giving full play to the role of We Chat official account in helping university libraries to promote reading.The first chapter introduces the background,significance,research status and research content and methods at home and abroad.Chapter two introduces the theory and analysis methods involved in this study,including the relevant theories of reader needs,Kano model and Delphi.In chapter three,after fully consulting and studying the relevant literature about Kano model,wechat tweet in University Library and readers' needs,the paper uses Delphi expert interview method to determine the design index system of Kano model questionnaire,including 5 primary indicators and 32 secondary indicators.In chapter four,according to the index system,a Kano model questionnaire with 33 questions was designed.The online distribution was carried out by wechat platform,and 332 valid questionnaires were finally recovered.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested and met the requirements.In Chapter 5,the questionnaire data are processed and introduced into spss22.0.The 25 readers' needs in the questionnaire are classified by traditional Kano analysis,mixed class analysis and better worse index analysis respectively.Finally,four basic needs,four excitatory demands,four expectation demands and 13 non differential demands are obtained.Then,the author further analyzes the differences of wechat tweet content requirements of different readers in different learning depth,and finds that there are five different requirements between undergraduate and master's graduate readers.The sixth chapter,according to the above analysis results,this paper respectively puts forward suggestions for different types of needs,speeds up the quality of We Chat's promotion and improves the satisfaction level of readers,and improves the overall service level of We Chat official account.The specific suggestions include: providing paper and electronic resources and improving its richness;improving the transparency of new book information;ensuring the preciseness of text;providing picture content and forming a unique style of typesetting;learning experience from similar universities and covering the whole process of reader activities;combining with big data platform,promoting electronic screen in the library with high efficiency;inserting audio and video materials;The message is opened under the appropriate tweets,and the official account and the micro-blog account are used to spread the message.In addition,university libraries also need to focus on meeting the needs of different learning depths.For example,the two entrance entries of undergraduate and postgraduate entrance are provided in the menu of We Chat official account.For undergraduates,the main purpose is to cultivate their interest in reading,provide more content related to reader activities,and push the entrance exams for postgraduate schools,various certificates and examinations.For the entrance of scholar graduate students,the article on the examination and employment and the relevant academic research content are pushed in the professional fields covered by the title of the tweet.
