| Under the technology driven by intelligent technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence,traditional libraries must develop into smart libraries.The smart library will become the direction and new form of library development in the future.The focus of its construction lies in "wisdom".The core is to serve users and realize the interoperability between libraries and libraries,libraries and users,users and users,devices and users.interconnected.As a new direction for the development of libraries in the future,the Wisdom Library has attracted the attention of relevant scholars and obtained more research results.However,in the current research of smart libraries,there is relatively little research on the specialization of university smart libraries,and there are relatively few studies on user functional requirements in the existing research.The research mainly focuses on the basic theory part,focusing on Using emerging information technology to expand library services,ignoring the construction of smart libraries from the perspective of user needs.Obviously,the study of functional requirements is an important part of the design and construction of smart libraries in colleges and universities.To improve user satisfaction,we must consider the construction of smart libraries in colleges and universities from the perspective of user needs.In addition,the user needs internal multi-layered features and dynamic transformation rules.Understanding these characteristics and rules is conducive to providing guidance for the construction of different stages of the university’s smart library.Therefore,this paper takes the functional requirements of colleges and universities as the research object,and uses the Kano model to identify the user demand level of the university’s smart library function project,and proposes the construction of the university’s smart library.Suggestions.The details are as follows:(1)Using the methods of expert consultation,group discussion and literature to summarize the functional projects of colleges and universities.After several rounds of group discussions and expert consultation,29 university smart library function projects were established,and the university’s smart library function projects were divided into five dimensions:service,information resources,learning tools,interaction and environment.(2)An empirical study was conducted in conjunction with the Kano model design questionnaire.This questionnaire survey is based on the online questionnaire,supplemented by a paper questionnaire.A total of 261 valid questionnaires were collected,and the collected data were collated.Using the Kano model method,the dimensions of each dimension and specific functional items were identified.The results of the identification are:2 basic type requirements and 3 excitatory type requirements.Among the 29 functional projects,there are 14 exciting demand,1 expected demand,10 basic needs,and 4 no difference requirements.At the same time,using the hybrid analysis method and the satisfaction analysis method,the result of the requirement hierarchy recognition is improved,and the conclusion of the requirement hierarchy identification is obtained.(3)Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of college smart libraries.Combining the results of the demand hierarchy analysis obtained by the three methods,the paper puts forward the suggestions for the construction of smart libraries in colleges and universities from the three dimensions of "space,environment and service",and provides reference for the construction of high-intelligent libraries. |
