With the continuous development of the Internet education industry and the increasingly fierce competition,the requirements of the market for each enterprise are no longer limited to technology and cost,and more attention is paid to the project delivery schedule H Co.,Ltd.is a professional operator of smart campus ecology,and it is in the stage of market expansion.However,the current project schedule management mode has been unable to meet the project objectives,and the project delayed delivery rate in the past two years has reached about 41%,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the company.Therefore,how to improve the project delivery rate on time is an urgent problem for the company.In this paper,H company S University one network to do software project as a starting point,the project schedule management for the overall analysis.First of all,refer to relevant literature and books to understand the status quo of the progress management of S University one network to do software project,and summarize the theoretical basis suitable for the progress management of S University one network to do software project.Secondly,the interview method and fishbone diagram method were used to find the superficial problems affecting the project schedule delay,namely,poor efficiency of project task execution,large deviation of project time estimation,untimely update of project status,frequent change of project requirements,etc.Then,5WHY was used to make an in-depth analysis of the problems,and the root causes of the problems were analyzed and summarized as follows: The project plan is not reasonable,the project progress monitoring is not in place,the project communication channel is not perfect,and the project progress is in conflict with the quality and cost.Thirdly,optimize the schedule management of the software project of S University one network to do project: make a reasonable project plan,decompose 43 three-level task WBS,and logically sort them;Re-estimate the project duration by PERT technology,reducing 51.5days;Analyze the task duration and set 36 d project buffer period;Use the responsibility assignment matrix to assign responsibility to the project tasks;Optimize Project progress supervision and control through Gantt chart,Microsoft Project,project daily and other dynamic monitoring methods,and take corrective measures for progress deviation;Improve communication channels by increasing effective communication and simplifying communication processes.Eliminate conflicts between project schedule and cost and quality by working on schedule and participating parties;Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the project schedule management optimization plan,the company created the optimization plan implementation team,formulated the implementation steps,and provided the technical,institutional,personnel and organizational guarantee measures.This paper studies the software project schedule management of S University one network to do of H Company,which is expected to solve the delayed delivery problem of the company’s campus All-access office software project,and thus standardize the company’s ability to control the project schedule.In addition,this study has a certain representation in the educational software industry,and provides a reference for other companies related research.
